Unable to run any tests

I have been unable to run tests this afternoon. Every time I try, it tells me: "We tried to start your test run, but your organization's track is in use." Our track isn't in use. Nothing is running but tests are just sitting in the queue.

I tried cancelling the test in the queue and starting a new one, but it makes no difference.

If I let it sit in the queue long enough, it will move out of the queue and say it's running. However, the progress bar on the tracks page never progresses, and the "Start time" always shows the current time.

The issue with test running has been resolved, you should be able to run your tests again.  We're investigating the cause and working on a permanent solution.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.

    Thanks for looking at this.

I always find it amusing when people throw a fit when there are issues with a free service. So, I hope this doesn't come across that way. The level of support you are providing is very reasonable for a free service. However, this issue does raise some concerns for us.

A while ago we looked into Tellurium as an alternative to our current Selenium based regression test system. Things looked promising at the time, but we were unable to proceed then. Friday, we got back to exploring a switch, and the system very quickly became completely unable for an extended period of time, and the only support option is a user forum where "Tellurium monitors but is not active." Had we been deploying a release and relying on Tellurium for our regression testing, this would have been a huge issue for us.

Had we been a paying customer, would we have been OK, or would we just have had just had multiple paid tracts that weren't working instead of a single free one not working?

Are there any other support options available to paid customers?

Is there any other information you can provide that could put our minds at ease about switching to Tellurium? I realize that's not an easy question to answer, but I'd imagine you can understand this past weekend's issues don't make us feel "warm and fuzzy" about making Tellurium a critical component in our release process.

    Thanks!
