Tests continue to have issues

We've had several occurrences of your service not working as promised or not working at all.

From October 4-9, none of our tests would run at all.

These issues are impacting my team's ability to ship software. I need someone on your side to get in touch with me as soon as possible to discuss changes to our current plan and to explain to me why these issues continue to occur with resolution -- and I need for that to happen today.
